Karuna Bereavement Educational Support Program
Bereavement is an experience that can leave you feeling confused and exhausted. Karuna offers a structured program that aims to help you understand what you are going through. The program highlights that:-
- Grief is not time limited
- Each person's grief experience is unique
- Actively maintaining the memory of your loved one is an important part of living well
- Sometimes the most comfort can come from other bereaved people.
The Program runs for six weeks - two hours each week.
Dates: 1st March to 5th April, 2012 and again 4th October to 8th November, 2012
Time: Thursday - 10:00am - 12:00pm
Location: 27 Cartwright Street, Windsor
