Reframing Suffering
– A short course in traditional Buddhism taught in a contemporary format –
Venerable LOZANG YÖNTEN
is a Buddhist nun in the Gelug Tibetan tradition. Her
particular focus will be on the way our immediate, ordinary emotions give us information about our oldest habits. Yönten will then explore ways to identify which of those habits are outdated and no longer useful, using traditional Buddhist techniques in a contemporary, easy to understand context.
