Buddhist Meditation

Monday Meditation is back and is every Monday afternoon between 4:00pm and 5:00pm.

Topics covered:

  1. Equanimity – keeping an even mind when dealing with objects of our attachment and aversion
  2. Forgiveness – of oneself and others
  3. Loving Kindness – unconditional love for all beings
  4. Appreciating one’s human life – recognizing and fulfilling our potential
  5. Purification – 4 remedies to purify our mind of the imprints of non virtue
  6. Anger and Patience – overcoming anger and strengthening patience
  7. Exchanging Self and Other – letting go of cherishing self and cultivating cherishing others.
